11. Project Management- Case Study
A workshop designed for those already familiar with the basic principles of project management. Each participant will bring a project idea to class and throughout the day build a project plan from definition to final review using milestone charts and work breakdown structures. Participants will share their project progress at each stage of development during the day. They will write definitions, prepare a milestone chart, work breakdown structure, develop preliminary tests, quality control check points and trouble shoot risk analysis, etc. At the end of the workshop a general plan for your particular project will be complete.
12. Rapid Conflict Resolution
Nothing can undermine production like unresolved conflict. This workshop provides strategies for resolving individual and group conflict. Through case studies and class participation attendees will learn and demonstrate getting to the core of conflict and resolving it quickly. Several pairs exercises and class split negotiation exercises highlight this workshop.

By analyzing processes, recovery of wasted time and money are possible. This workshop focuses on an introduction to process mapping by constructing a "current state map" of a process or procedure and systematically analyzing each step for increasing speed, cost saving, quality checks, decision making, number of people involved, and risk analysis. The final result is the production of a more efficient "future state map". The technique has universal application to virtually any process or procedure.
