1. How to Generate Income with YOUR Hobbies
Talents and Skills (Offered as a live workshop or
starter kit CD and natural talent test)
POWERMIND project research shows everyone has natural talents and genetic skills that can be marketed and turned into immediate income. Through our research a Natural Talent and Genetic Skills Test was developed. Participants will take this test and we will demonstrate how YOUR particular hobbies, talents and skills can be transformed into practical small business plans. We provide street smart marketing ideas to help you advertise your business locally or regionally. We researched over 50 successful single person businesses in MN and WI to share as role models. We reveal their start-up, advertising methods, products and services. You will find this program highly motivational and inspirational.
This program was developed for laid-off workers but is appropriate for high school students, college students, dislocated workers,, retired persons, ex-offenders and veterans.

2. POWERMIND Natural Talent and Genetic
Skills Testing
Recently developed to address the need for a new career assessment tool. The POWERMIND Natural Talent and Genetic Skills Test cannot by design give a false positive answer. Most assessments and bubble sheet, computer or online scored tests are riddled with false positive answers. Example: many people view these computer tests as a joke! A highly trained web designer said his computer scored test said he should look into being a bus driver! This same person took our natural talent test and it correctly assessed his main talent, but also revealed several other secondary talents he was not aware of.
Our test consists of over 100 questions, many open ended that hone in on specific talent areas. It also has many genetic analysis questions to help you determine inherited skills, both physical and mental. 5. Using Role Models to Start Your Business
The POWERMIND Project has researched over 50 role models of people, mostly in MN and WI running successful one to four person small businesses or “microbusinesses”. In this workshop we will reveal their start-up, advertising, marketing and sales techniques. These can be used as role models in starting your own successful “microbusiness.” These are local people with real success stories. An excellent workshop for anyone seeking fast supplemental income.
6. Personality Profiling for Increased Profits
and Sales
Learn how to sell your product or service with psychological profiling skills. Each participant will take a psychological assessment and then learn how to profile prospects over the phone and in person. Learn four separate selling strategies that will be developed to show you how to increase sales with, profiling, linguistic mirroring, proper approach, follow-up and closing tactics. This is a no-nonsense strategic workshop aimed at closing sales!
7. How to Write a Basic Business Plan
Designed for the beginner who is just starting out with an idea and looking to go from idea to plan to action to profit. The business plan is the starting point for any successful small business. Key areas covered include, target marketing, market testing, pricing, finances, cost analysis, profit margins, labor, advertising, growth, production, services, etc. A number of successful businesses will be used as role models in developing a basic plan of action.
8. Advanced Interviewing Skills for Job Seekers
If you would like to move past the dozens of “free” seminars on interviewing skills, this workshop is for you! Learn how to: answer unanswerable questions, handle group interviews, rapidly profile your interviewer, target the decision maker in a group interview, use linguistic mirroring, read body language, prepare, dress, act and know what to bring with you! When you are in the “hot seat” you don’t want to blow it. This workshop prepares you to succeed in the hot seat and get a job offer!
