Blended, online learning was originally created to greatly reduce training costs for organizations that have dozens of staff at multiple locations all in need of consistent high quality soft skill training.  Traditionally theses organizations would hire and fly fleets of trainers to their sites to train staff or fly staff to a single training site.  Both “old school” methods are extremely expensive in today’s marketplace.

Our new blended, online learning offers a low cost, highly efficient, convenient method using today’s internet technology to train staff at work, at home, or anytime they wish to learn.  It consists of online, interactive, video learning.  Participants simply enter their personal code and watch a short 30 to 45 minute online training video and complete an on-the-job application exercise.  Results and questions are answered online or by phone with the instructor.  Live webinars can also be incorporated as part of this training method.
